Why stress over limousines on the day of your wedding day?..."Are the limos going to show up on time? Are they going to show up at all? How will I know when they are on their way?" Don't be burdened by these thoughts. Let our Wedding Day Coordinator take care of all of this for you!
The Wedding Day Coordinator will:
- Communicate with the photographer and florist before the wedding starts.
- Communicate and coordinate with limousine drivers via Nextel to ensure that the arrival times and locations are correct.
- Carry a small wedding kit with a few essentials for the bride and groom if needed.
- Assist bride in any way for the day.
- Call reception hall in advance of your arrival so they are prepared and waiting for you.
- Coordinate with your guests staying at hotels and the hired transportation you may be providing for your guests to attend your wedding.
- Do this and more for a fee of $300.00.
